Klemick

When the Klemicks first started looking for a home on the Intracoastal Waterway, the realtors couldn’t figure out what they were looking for. Sometimes they would climb out of the car, walk around the house, and climb back into the car without sticking their head inside the door. When they finally made an offer on a home, the realtor couldn’t tell why they liked that particular house. Mr. Klemick explained that he had looked at waterfront lots for some time. They knew where they wanted to live, but the best lots already had houses on them. The Klemicks decided to look for the best piece of land with the best view, then renovate the house on that land to meet their needs. The resulting contemporary home has stunning views of the water as well as an open, livable plan.
